Tom is the National Project Originator at Coast Energy, bringing over 20 years of experience in business development with a focus on sustainability and innovation. He has worked closely with commercial real estate owners, Fortune 500 companies, and government agencies on large capital projects. Recently, Tom served as an advisor, helping national REITs and regional property owners optimize their portfolios with solar and energy storage solutions. Prior to renewable energy, Tom spent 10 years as a sales leader, helping grow a SaaS startup from 12 to over 400 employees and contributing to Series A and B funding.
