Haris Hadzic

Haris is the Director of Construction at Coast Energy, bringing over 15 years of solar construction experience and 20+ years in electrical construction. He has managed the construction of more than 1GW of solar installations across the USA and Mexico, serving private, public, and government clients. Haris has extensive experience in team building and managing 70+ project managers, construction managers, and installers. At Tesla, he developed best-in-class PV cost structures and deployment strategies for small and medium business projects. Before Coast, Haris held leadership roles at SolarCity, Tesla, and Ameresco.
