She began her career at Cushman & Wakefield, managing over 800,000 sq. ft. of state buildings for high-profile clients like CalOES, the Department of Justice, and CDCR. Seeking a more purposeful career, Chanel transitioned to Catalyze, where she supported the management of numerous commercial rooftop and battery projects across California. Now at Coast Energy, Chanel is dedicated to driving innovative renewable energy solutions while providing exceptional service to clients.
